摘  要:作为学校教学质量保证体系中的一个重要环节,教学督导工作是学校对教学工作实施监督和指导的一项基本教学管理制度,也是为确保教学质量提高而采取的一种组织措施和制度创新。湖北师范学院文理学院自2003年创办以来就制定了教学督导工作制度,成立教学督导工作委员会,多年来的探索和研究,使教学督导员的职能定位明确,并在工作中充分发挥检查、监督、指导、评估、反馈、咨询等作用,使教学质量工作更上一个台阶。As an important part of the school teaching quality assurance system,teaching supervision is not only a ba- sic teaching management system for the purpose of supervising teaching activities hut also an organizational measure and institutional innovation being taken to ensure improved quality of teaching. Since the College of Arts and Science of Hubei Normal University was founded in 2003, the teaching supervision system was developed, meanwhile the Tea- ching Supervision Committee was also established. After several years of exploration and research, teaching supervi- sors fully play the role of check, supervision, guidance, assessment, feedback and consulting. The quality of teaching comes to a hi^her level as a result.
