摘　　要：真实合理地对高校辅导员工作作出考核、科学准确地对高校辅导员工作作出评价,可以大力促进高校辅导员专业化、职业化的队伍建设。本文从考核指标、考核方式、考核后的评价入手,对高校辅导员工作考核与评价的现状进行分析,并且提出新时期完善高校辅导员工作考核与评价的建议。Making real and reasonable examination and scientific and exact evaluation for counselors＇ working in colleges can greatly promote the team construction of specialization and professionalization of counselors. Starting from the evalua tion index, evaluation methods and the assessment after evaluating, this paper made an analysis of the present situation of the examination and evaluation of counselors＇ working and puts forward the suggestions to perfect the examination and evalua tion of counselors＇ working of colleges in the new times.
