摘　　要：金融学专业教学管理制度为金融人才的培养提供了强有力的保障。本文以大连理工大学金融学综合改革试点项目为例,以培养国际化、实践能力强、数理基础扎实、具有创新能力的复合型金融人才为目标,针对金融学专业教学管理制度现状,从教学管理改革建设基础、教学管理改革建设重点、教学管理改革建设内容与方法三个方面,探索了金融学专业教学管理制度改革的基本思路,为理工科院校金融学专业教学管理水平、教学质量、学生创新实践能力等方面的提高,提供一些新思路。t Teaching management system finance specialty provided a strong guarantee for cultivating the financial talents. Taking the comprehensive reform pilot project of finance in Dalian University of Technology for example and aimed at fostering the com prehensive financial talents with internationalization, strong practical ability, solid mathematical foundation and the innovative abil ity, the paper explored the basic thought of the educational management system reform in finance specialty from the foundation, the key point and the content of educational management reform construction according to the current situation of educational manage ment system in finance specialty and provided some new thoughts for the improvement in educational management level, educa tional quality and students＇ innovative ability in finance specialty of universities of science and technology.
