摘　　要：我国大学生就业形势因为受到金融危机对中国经济的影响变得日益严峻,就业过程中大学生出现了很多就业心理困惑(消极悲观、焦虑恐惧、就业观念滞后、就业准备不足等)。大学生只有提高自我调节、高校强化干预和引领、加强国家宏观调控,这样才能够将大学生就业面临的心理问题和矛盾解决。The employment situation of college students in our country influenced by financial crisis on Chinese economy has become more and more serious. In the employment process, college students produced much psychological confusion on employment, such as negative and pessimistic feelings, anxiety and fear, hysteretic employment ideas and inadequate em ployment preparation and so on. In order to solve college students＇ psychological problems and employment conflicts, college students must improve their selfregulation, meanwhile colleges should strengthen the intervene and guidance and our coun try should enhance macrocontrol.
