摘  要:在当前的背景下,我国中小学的班级管理长期存在"抓两头、带中间"管理模式的误区,影响了当前新形式下班级管理工作的有效性和针对性。人本主义心理学家马斯洛认为,阻碍人的需要的满足是病态的。作者认为,新形式下的班级管理要求班主任转变角色,从管理者的角色转变为服务者的角色。班主任应该积极创造条件,满足学生成长和发展的需要。本文试图探讨班级管理的新方向,旨在为"人性化班级管理"的提供一种新的思路。In the current context, the class management of elementary and secondary schools in our country has a longterm misun derstanding on "grasping both ends, with the middle" management model, which has an impact on class management's effectiveness and pertinence. The humanistic psychologist Maslow thinks the satisfaction of hindering the needs of people is sick. The author believes that the new class management mode requires the teacher change their roles into the role of servers from the managers' role. The teacher should actively create conditions to meet the needs of growth and development of students. The paper attempts to explore the new di rection of the class management, aims to provide a new way of thinking for "humane Class Management".
