利用紫外光谱法测定共轭亚油酸含量

摘　　要：共轭亚油酸精制后,用气相色谱法测出共轭亚油酸(CLA)的含量,以此作为共轭亚油酸的标准样。利用紫外光谱仪,采用标准曲线法在232.62nm波长下进行测定,并绘制共轭亚油酸标准曲线,线性回归方程为:Y=0.0104X+0.054,相关系数为R2=0.9995,进而测定不同共轭亚油酸样品中共轭亚油酸的含量。方法回收率96.78～97.35%。After the conjugated linoleic acid refining,using gas chromatography method to determine the conjugated linoleic acid（CLA）content,as the standard sample of conjugated linoleic acid.Using UV spectrometer,using standard curve method in 232.62nm wavelength was measured,and the mapping of conjugated linoleic acid standard curve,linear regression equation is：Y=0.0104X＋0.054,the correlation coefficient R2=0.9995,and determination of the different samples of conjugated linoleic acid conjugated linoleic acid content.Method of recovering rate is 96.78 ~97.35%.
