中药制药与设备理实一体教学模式探究

摘　　要：为了培养高端技能型人才,对职业教育教学方法改革势在必行。笔者按照理实一体教学模式,采用"师带徒"教学方式进行技能传授,探讨了课程改革教师素质的关键性,延长学生课程学习时间和提高学习积极态度的必要性,研究了中药制药专业核心课程教学改革的思路与方法。In order to cultivate the high-end skilled personnel,the reform of the vocational education＇s teaching methods is imperative.The author in accordance with the theoretical-actual integration teaching mode,to teach the skills by teaching mode of＂division with only＂,and to explore the crucial of quality of teachers in curriculum reform,and to extend students ＇ course learning time and enhance the necessity for a positive attitude towards learning,thus to research on the ideas and methods of the core curriculum＇s teaching reform of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical major.
