福建有机茶企业融资选择影响因素分析

摘　　要：本研究通过实地调研,以福建有机茶叶企业为例,运用泊松计数模型分析了影响企业融资选择的一些主要因素。结果发现,企业注册资本、企业主受教育程度、茶叶是否出口、员工工资支出及企业利润对企业融资选择有显著的影响。进而提出提高企业主受教育程度、健全茶叶企业的信用制度等政策建议。This paper is based on the field investigation and uses Poisson regression analysis method to analyze Fujian organic tea enterprise. We found that registered capital of the enterprise, business owner＇s education degree, whether tea is exported or not, staff salaries spending and enterprise profit have significant effects to the enterprise financing. And then put forward policy suggestions like enhance the education degree of business owners; improve the credit system of tea enterprises etc.
