摘　　要：.NET2.0的成功应用,使得在.NET下用多层架构来构建企业管理系统越来越方便。管理系统中的常用功能通过开发基类库提供给业务层和表现层,可以提高系统开发效率和可扩展性。文中结合哈尔滨石化公司的设备管理系统,阐述了在.NET平台下基类库命名空间设计和功能开发。The successful application of.NET2.0 made it easier to construct enterprise management system by using multi-layer frame.The commonly used functions in management system are provided to business layer and presentation layer by developing basic-class library,and this can improve system development efficiency and expandability.Combined with the equipment management system of Harbin Petrochemical Company,this paper expatiated name space design and function development ofbasic-class library under.NET Platform.
