摘  要:根据湖南省2012年的相关统计数据,应用生态足迹理论和方法,定量评价了湘江流域2011年的生态足迹和生态承载力。结果表明:2011年湘江流域人均生态足迹为2.1600hm2,人均生态承载力为0.4391hm2,人均生态赤字达1.7209hm2,生态足迹的需求是生态承载力的4.9倍,区域内生态资源的供需矛盾较为突出,生态协调系数DS=1.179<1.414,协调状态较差,经济社会发展呈现不可持续状态。This article gives a quantitative evaluation of the ecological footprint and carrying capacity of Xiangjiang River Basin in 2011 based on the theory and method of Eco-footprint in light of related statistical data of 2012 of Hunan Province. The results show that the actual per capita ecological footprint has reached up to 2. 1600 square hectares, which is as 4.9 times as the theoretical per capita carrying capacity of 0. 4931 square hectares, thus, it means that the per capita ecological deficit is as high as 1. 7209 square hectares. Therefore, the contradiction between the supply and demand for ecological resources in the Xiangjiang River Basin is quite sharp. The ecological coordination coefficient DS is just 1. 179, which is much lower than the normal 1. 414. All these problems have led to the ecology deterioration and unsustainable development of economy and society of Xiangjiang River Basin.
