摘　　要：目的探讨整合素连接激酶(ILK)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其在肿瘤侵袭、转移中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测ILK和MMP-9在65例胰腺癌、20例癌旁组织中的表达。结果 65例胰腺癌标本中ILK和MMP-9的阳性率分别为67.7%(44/65)和72.3%(47/65),20例胰腺癌癌旁组织中ILK和MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为15%(3/20)和20%(4/20),胰腺癌组织中ILK和MMP-9的阳性率明显高于胰腺癌癌旁组织(P<0.05)。ILK和MMP-9的表达均与患者性别和年龄无明显关系,而与肿瘤的大小、分化程度、淋巴结转移及远处转移密切相关(P<0.05)。ILK与MMP-9的表达有显著相关性(r=0.440,P<0.01)。结论 ILK和MMP-9在胰腺癌组织中均呈高表达且二者表达有协同作用,与胰腺癌侵袭、转移密切相关,联合检测有助于胰腺癌浸润转移的判断。Objective To investigate the expression of integrin-linked kinase（ILK） and matrixmetalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） and their correlations with clinicopathologic features of pancreatic cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of ILK and MMP-9 in 65 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues and 20 cases of tumor-adjacent tissues.Results The positive rates of ILK and MMP-9 in pancreatic cancer tissue were 67.7%（44/65） and 72.3%（47/65）;in the tumor-adjacent tissue,the positive rates of ILK and MMP-9 were 15.0%（3/20） and 20.0%（4/20）,respectively.The expression of ILK and MMP-9 in pancreatic cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in tumor-adjacent tissues（P0.05）.Both ILK and MMP-9 were correlated with tumor differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastases（P0.05）.The tumor size,gender and age were not associated with the expression of ILK and MMP-9.There was a remarkable relevance between ILK and MMP-9（r=0.440,P0.01）.Conclusion ILK and MMP-9 are highly expressed in pancreatic cancer tissues.The expression of them is coordinated and significantly related to the invasion and metastases of pancreatic cancer,suggesting that both markers would be an important indicator of prognosis.
