摘　　要：报告1例良性对称性脂肪过多症。患者女,56岁。双膝、踝肿胀7个月,双腹股沟、下颌肿胀1个月。皮肤科检查:双踝周围、双膝下方、双腹股沟处明显肿胀,下颌处轻度肿胀。受累关节处皮肤色泽正常,皮温正常,无压痛。组织病理检查示成熟脂肪组织,无明显的包膜。诊断良性对称性脂肪过多症(混合型)。A ease of benign symmetrical iipomatosis （BSL） is reported. A 56-year-oht woman presented with swelling of both knees amt ankles fnr 7 months, swelling of inguinal and mandibular regions for 1 month. Dermatologie examination revealed she had a normal body type. The regions around the ankles, beneath the knees, anti bilateral groins were markedly swollen, and mandibular area slightly swollen. The color and temperature of the skin over the affected joints were normal anti tender- less. The histopathological examination showed noneneapsulated mature adipose tissue. The patient was diagnosed as benign symmetrical lipomatosis （mixed type）.
