摘 要:目的:探讨24周自控锻炼对恶性肿瘤患者术后康复期红细胞抗氧化功能及血浆脂质过氧化水平的影响。方法:以上海市癌症康复学校40名术后康复期恶性肿瘤患者为对象,其中男17人,女23人;平均年龄(57.50±6.84)岁;平均患肿瘤年限(1.50±0.77)年,肿瘤类型分别为乳腺癌、消化系统癌、其他类型恶性肿瘤患者(包括卵巢癌、肺癌等)。受试者进行24周自控锻炼,锻炼频率为每周平均5天。每天锻炼时间平均为2小时,分别于试验第0、12、24周进行肘静脉采血,测定受试者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:(1)与试验第0周比较,试验第12周患者红细胞SOD活性明显升高(P<0.01),试验第24周无明显变化(P>0.05);试验第12周、24周GSH-Px活性与第0周比较均无明显差异(P>0.05);试验第12、24周血浆MDA含量较试验第0周均明显下降(P<0.01)。(2)与试验第12周比较,试验第24周患者红细胞SOD活性明显下降(P<0.01),GSH-Px活性、血浆MDA含量均无明显改变(P>0.05)。(3)试验第0周、12周、24周,不同类型恶性肿瘤患者红细胞SOD活性均无明显差异(P>0.05)。试验第0周、24周,不同类型患者红细胞GSH-Px活性均无明显差异(P>0.05),试验第12周,消化系统癌症患者红细胞GSH-Px活性明显低于乳腺癌患者(P<0.05)。试验第0周,不同类型恶性肿瘤患者血浆MDA水平存在明显差异(P<0.05),第12周、24周,不同类型患者血浆MDA含量无组间差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1)24周自控锻炼改善恶性肿瘤患者术后康复期红细胞抗氧化功能,降低其血浆脂质过氧化物水平。(2)不同类型恶性肿瘤患者红细胞抗氧化酶活性无明显差异,血浆脂质过氧化水平存在明显差异,自控锻炼能降低这种差异程度。Objective To study the effect of 24-week self-control exercise on antioxidant of erythrocyte and malonaldehyde of plasma lipid in patients with malignant tumor after surgery. Methods 40 patients (57.50±6.84 years old) with malignant tumor were recruited in this study, including 17 males and 23 females. The average duration from detection was 1.50±0.77 years. Tumors the patients suffered from included breast cancer, digestive system cancer and others (cancer of ovary,lung, and thyroid gland,etc). After postoperative chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy,all the patients performed 24-week self- control exercise,2 hours per day and 5 days per week. The erythroeyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and plasma malonaldehyde (MDA) were examined at 0,12^th, and 24^th week of exercise. Results (1)The activity of erythrocyte SOD at 12th week increased significantly as compared with that at 0^th week (P 〈 0.01),and there was no significant difference in the activity of erythrocyte SOD and GSH-Px before and after the exercise (P 〉 0.05). Plasma MDA declined dramatically at 12^th and 24^th week of exercise(P 〈 0.01). (2)The activity of erythrocyte SOD decreased significantly at 12^th week (P 〈 0.01),and activity of erythrocyte GSH-Px and plasma MDA remained unchanged (P -〉 0.05),as compared with that at 12^th' week. (3)No significant difference in erythrocyte SOD activity was found concerning to the different types of malignant tumors before and after the exercise(P 〉 0.05). Activity of erythrocyte GSH-Px in digestive system cancers was lower than in breast cancer at 12^th week (P 〈 0.05). Level of plasma MDA varied significantly in different types of tumors at the beginning,and the difference in MDA disappeared at 12^th and 24^th week of exercise (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion 24-week self-control exercise after surgery could increase erythrocyte antio^thidant and reduce plasma lipid peroxide level in patients with malignant tum
