摘 要:目的:探讨在纯钛表面液相沉积法制备SiO2中间层对钛瓷结合强度的影响。方法:将40个纯钛试件平均分为4组(n=10),喷砂后A、B组用液相沉积法在试件表面制备SiO2中间层,C、D组不作表面处理,测各组试件的表面粗糙度。参照IS0 9693(1999)Amd.1 2005(E)标准在A、C组试件中份烧结Duceratin瓷粉,在B、D组试件中份烧结Ti-22瓷粉,测各组试件钛瓷间的三点弯曲结合强度,并对钛瓷结合界面进行扫描电镜观察。结果:各组试件表面粗糙度差异无显著性,A、B组钛瓷结合强度高于C、D组,其差异有显著性(P<0.05),A、B组之间及C、D组之间钛瓷结合强度差异无显著性。扫描电镜观察显示各组试件钛瓷结合界面均未见明显氧化层。结论:通过液相沉积法在纯钛表面制备SiO2中间层可提高Duceratin及Ti-22两种常用钛瓷粉的钛瓷结合强度。Objective: To investigate the effect of middle layer by liquid-phase deposition(LPD) technology on bonding strength of titanium and porcelain.Methods: Forty pure titanium specimens were randomly divided into four groups(n=10)according to different surface treatments after sandblasting: group A(middle layer-Duceratin),group B(middle layer-Ti-22),group C(Duceratin),group D(Ti-22).We measured the roughness of each group.After the middle area of the specimens were veneered with porcelain,a three-point-flexure-test was used to evaluate the bonding strength of titanium to porcelain.The interface of titanium and porcelain was investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results: There were no significant differences in the roughness among four groups.The bonding strength of groups A and B were significantly higher than those of groups C and D(P&lt;0.05),and there were no significant differences in the bonding strength between groups A and B,C and D.No definite oxide layer was observed at the interfaces in four groups.Conclusion: Middle layer prepared by LPD technology was significant in improving bonding strength of two different porcelain and pure titanium.
