摘　　要：目的:检测凋亡抑制因子survivin在成釉细胞瘤中的表达,及与bcl-2、p53、caspase-3蛋白表达的关系,初步探讨survivin在成釉细胞瘤发生发展中的作用。方法:TUNEL法检测10例成釉细胞瘤中凋亡细胞的分布;免疫组织化学方法检测21例成釉细胞瘤(原发11例、复发10例)中survivin、bcl-2、caspase-3、p53蛋白的表达。结果:成釉细胞瘤中凋亡细胞见于肿瘤上皮中间多角形细胞;Survivin蛋白阳性染色见于13(61.9%)例成釉细胞瘤肿瘤上皮周边细胞胞质中,survivin的表达与bcl-2、p53正相关,与caspase-3表达部位不同。结论:survivin在成釉细胞瘤肿瘤上皮周边细胞高表达,与bcl-2、p53协同抑制细胞凋亡,在成釉细胞瘤发生发展中发挥作用。Objective： To study the expression of survivin in ameloblastoma,and its correlation with the expression of bcl-2,p53 and caspase-3.Methods： TUNEL was used to detect the apoptotic cells of ameloblastoma.Immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expression of survivin,bcl-2,p53,caspase-3 in 21cases of ameloblastoma（including 11 cases of primary ameloblastoma and 10 cases of recurrent ameloblastoma）.Results： Apoptotic cells were mainly seen in the central polyhedral cells of ameloblastoma tumor nests.Survivin positive staining was in the peripheral columnar or cuboidal cells of the tumor nests in 13（61.9%） cases of ameloblastoma.There was a positive correlation among survivin,bcl-2 and p53.There was a different expression position between survivin and caspase-3.Conclusions： Survivin,bcl-2,p53 and caspase-3 played important roles in oncogenesis and progression of ameloblastoma.
