摘 要:目的:探讨细胞黏附分子CD44v3及CD44v9在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中表达的意义。方法:用SP免疫组织化学方法检测43例OSCC组织中CD44v9的表达和42例OSCC组织中CD44v3的表达。结果:在13例发生淋巴结转移的病例中,CD44v3在原发灶及转移灶(淋巴结内)的表达有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD44v3及CD44v9随着病理分化程度的降低其表达也随之减少。CD44v3和CD44v9的表达在部位、发生或未发生淋巴结转移的原发灶中的差异无统计学意义。结论:CD44v3在OSCC的转移中可能起着重要的作用。Objective: To investigate the expression of CD44v3 and CD44v9 and their significances in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was adopted to detect the expression of CD44v9 and CD44v3 in the pathological paraffin sections from oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC),43 and 42 cases of pathological paraffin sections of OSCC were used,respectively.Results: As to 13 cases which had lymph nodes involvement,the expression levels of CD44v3 in the metastasis and primary tumor were statistically significant difference(P&lt;0.05).There was a down regulation of CD44v3 and CD44v9 expression correlated with histological differentiation.In the primary tumor,no significant correlation was observed with respect to the expression of CD44v3 and CD44v9 between OSCC with and without metastatic lymph node,the expression of CD44v3 and CD44v9 in OSCC with primary site has also no correlation.Conclusion: CD44v3 might play an important role in the metastasis of OSCC.
