摘  要:目的:观察和比较2种设计方法所形成内冠的形态,寻找一种可以形成支持尖的方法。方法:收集后牙模型100例,扫描,选择生成内冠形式时,每个牙齿分别选择"Framework"功能和"Reduced"功能。生成内冠后,分别测量内冠的近中颊尖厚度、远中颊尖厚度、咬合面中点厚度、近中舌尖厚度、远中舌尖厚度。结果:回切法设计内冠的近中颊尖厚度为(1.06±0.34)mm,远中颊尖厚度为(0.95±0.21)mm,咬合面中点厚度为(0.92±0.15)mm,近中舌尖厚度为(0.83±0.27)mm,远中舌尖厚度为(0.97±0.33)mm,常规设计内冠的近中颊尖厚度为(0.63±0.07)mm,远中颊尖厚度为(0.64±0.07)mm,咬合面中点厚度为(0.66±0.04)mm,近中舌尖厚度为(0.61±0.04)mm,远中舌尖厚度为(0.65±0.07)mm。2组间存在显著性差异。结论:回切法设计的内冠可以形成支持尖。Objective: To evaluate the thickness of CAD/CAM copings designed by two differernt functions in order to find the way which can form ’supported area’.Methods: 100 casts which were perpared for CAD/CAM zirconia all-ceramic posteroteeth crowns were chosen.Casts were scaned and designed by Framework function and Reduced function.We cut the graph and measured the thickness of mesiobuccal cusp(MB),distobuccal cusp(DB),mesial fossa(O),mesiolingual cusp(ML),distolingual cusp(DL).Results: In Reduced function group,the thickness of MB was(1.06±0.34)mm,DB was(0.95±0.21)mm,O was(0.92±0.15)mm,ML was(0.83±0.27)mm,DL was(0.97±0.33)mm.In Framework group,the thickness of MB was(0.63±0.07)mm,DB was(0.64±0.07)mm,O was(0.66±0.04)mm,ML was(0.61±0.04)mm,DL was(0.65±0.07)mm.There were significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: The copings designed by the Reduced function can form ’supported area’.
