摘　　要：目的评价应用IPS e.max CAD LT低度透明瓷块切割形成全解剖形态全冠修复后牙缺损的效果。方法选择我院就诊的54例IPS e.max CAD LT瓷全冠修复后牙患者、共计86颗牙单位为研究对象,修复后3、6、12个月根据美国公共健康协会的修正标准对修复体进行评价,并调查满意度。结果 12个月的追踪调查显示,86个修复体中,折断并脱落1个,96%的修复体颜色、形态、边缘着色、边缘密合度等各项检查达到A级,满意度达到94%。结论 IPS e.max CAD LT低度透明瓷块整体切割形成全解剖形态全冠修复体可获得理想的修复效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effects of IPS e. max CAD LT ceramic crowns in full anatomical form in posterior teeth resto- ration. Methods 86 teeth of 54 patients were restored with IPS e. max CAD LT ceramic crowns. 3,6 and 12 months later,the restora- tions were checked and evaluated according to the standards of APHA （Alnerican Public Health Association）, and patient satisfaction surveys were conducted. Result 12 months later,there was only one crown lossening,while 96% of the 86 restorations were scored A in indices like color, shape, margin coloring and margin sealing. More than 94% of the patients were satisfied with the treatment effects. Conclusions IPS e. max CAD LT ceramic crown in full anatomical form is a clinically effective method for posterior tooth restoration. It is of great value in clinical application.
