摘　　要：目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及其临床病理关系。方法应用免疫组织化学PV-9000二步法检测60例子宫内膜样腺癌和30例良性子宫内膜对照组标本中HIF-1α、VEGF和M M P-9的表达,采用χ2检验进行分析,用Spearman相关性检验分析3个指标的关联性。结果 HIF-1α、VEGF和MMP-9在子宫内膜样腺癌中的阳性率高于良性子宫内膜对照组(P<0.05);在淋巴结转移组中的表达高于无淋巴结转移组:三者表达在子宫内膜样腺癌中呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α、VEGF和MMP-9均在子宫内膜样腺癌中表达增高且呈正相关,并与肿瘤发展转移联系密切。Objective To explore the expressions of HIF-1α, VEGF and MMP-9 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and their clinicopathological relationship. Methods Expressions of HIF-1α, VEGF and MMP-9 in 60 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of benign endometfial controls were detected by immunohistochemical PV-9000 two- step methods. Thex2 test was used to analyse the clinical pathological relationship and the Spearman correlation test was used to analyse the relevance of the three indicators. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α, VEGF and MMP-9 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in the benign endometrial controls （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the expressions in the lymph node metastasis group were higher than those in the without lymph node metastasis group： there was a positive correlation in the expressions of the three indicators in endometrioid adenocarcinoma （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expressions of HIF-1α, VEGF and MMP-9 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma increased and were positively correlated, which was closely related with the tumor development and metastasis.
