民营企业高层团队和谐整合路径及其机制研究

摘　　要：民营企业的发展需要以高层团队的和谐为前提。民营企业高层团队和谐整合的运行系统包括和谐路径选择与和谐机制建立两个方面的内容,其中,和谐整合的路径又包括和则与谐则,和谐整合机制包括运行机制、控制机制与机制优化,这五个方面的合理操作可以帮助民营企业建立起和谐的高层团队。To develop Chinese private enterprises should take harmonious senior team as the precondition. A running system of harmonious integration of private enterprises＇ senior team includes the selection of harmonious integration path and the establishment of harmonious integration mechanism. Harmonious integration path includes He Principles and Xie Principles, and harmonious integration mechanism includes operation mechanism, control mechanism and mechanism optimization, and operating the five aspects rationally can help private enterprises to build a harmonious senior team.
