团体心理辅导视野中的大学生思想政治教育初探

摘　　要：团体心理辅导与大学生思想政治教育活动目标一致,领导角色相似,活动对象相近。两者的整合,有助于创造一个和谐与宽松、鼓励与自信的团体氛围;有助于集体凝聚力的形成,促进成员之间的认同感;有助于融洽师生交往,建立"朋辈式"的师生关系。通过团体心理辅导的方式开展大学生思想政治教育,在实践中要注重选择共性问题,注重保护成员的隐私,注重体验与引导,不能为了"活动"而活动。Group counseling is consistent to the teaching goal of ideological and political education for college student. Besides, they share similar roles in leadership and similar objects in activities. The integration of the two is an aid to create a free and har- monious atmospheTe. It is helpful in forming cohesive force for generating identity among the members who have participated in the activities. It is helpful to enhance the interactions between student, thus forming a new friendly communicative model. In ad- dition, it is essential to select common problems, protect the privacies of the members and put emphasis on experience and guid- ance in the course of carrying out ideological and political education for college student.
