摘 要:《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程中的法律基础部分的教学被赋予了对大学生进行法制教育的重任。在实际教学过程中,法律基础部分的授课教师对大学生法制教育往往存在三种错误认识:即将大学生法制教育或者等同于法学专业教育,或者等同于法律常识教育,或者等同于法律形式主义教育。受这种观念支配,授课教师很难通过该部分教学完成对大学生法制教育的任务。此外,该部分教学又受多种因素的制约,诸如:课程设置不合理、教学内容太少、教学时间太短、师资力量不强等。因此,仅仅靠《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程难以承担对大学生法制教育的重任,应该纠正对法制教育的几种错误认识,通过优化课程设置体系、改善师资结构、提高课堂教学效果等途径改善当前大学生法制教育的现状。The Part of Legal Basis in the course of Ideological and Moral cultivation and Legal Basis is gifted the important task of legality education towards college students. There exist three misconceptions in the teaching of this part, that is, considering it as jurisprudencial professional education or preliminary legal knowledge education or legal formalist education. The teachers domina- ted by such misconceptions are difficult to complete the task of legality education. In addition, there are many other factors that affect the the teaching of this part, which include unreasonable curriculum schedual, insufficient teaching content, short teaching time and weak faculties. Therefore, the course itself is hard to undertake the heavy task of legality education. The best way to solve such problems covers the change of ideology, the optimization of curriculum system, improving teacher quality and the effectof classroom teaching.
