面对生源萎缩的我国高等职业教育改革发展对策探讨

摘　　要：高等教育适龄人口逐年下降,高等教育生源萎缩对我国高等职业教育造成极大的冲击,招生难、招生大战现象年年上演,针对这些现象和可能引发的人才供求矛盾、高职院校自身发展受阻、教育资源浪费、人们对教育的满意度下降等问题,分析了原因,并根据我国高职院校的健康发展,提出了可行性对策。The declining of age-appropriate population and the short supply of students in higher education had led to a great impact on higher vocational education in our country. Such as it＇s hard to recruit, and the fighting on recruitment is fierce. In view of these phenomena and some problems such as the contradiction between the supplies and demands of talents, the development difficulties of higher vocational college ,the waste of educational resources and the drop of the satisfaction degree on education, the writer analyze the causes and provides some solutions according to the healthy develooment of china＇s higher vocational colleges.
