冗余资源、战略导向对制造业企业战略转型的影响研究

摘　　要：本文在对制造业企业专用性冗余和一般性冗余划分的基础上,探讨了冗余资源、战略导向与企业战略转型之间的关系。通过对长三角地区138家制造业企业的调查研究发现:专用性冗余资源与企业战略转型存在正相关关系,一般性冗余资源与企业战略转型存在正U型关系,且市场导向和企业家导向在企业利用冗余资源进行战略转型的过程中起到差异性调节作用。Considering the slack status of organization resource, based on the absorbed slack and unabsorbed slack classification of manufacture enterprises, the relationship among slack, strategic orientation and enterprise strategic transition is explored in this arti-cle. The empirical results based on 138 manufacture enterprises located in the Yangtze River Delta indicate that absorbed slack has a positive correlation with enterprise strategic transition, while the unabsorbed slack and enterprise strategic transition is of type U relation. Moreover, the market orientation and entrepreneur orientation can play the different moderator roles during the process of enter-prise strategic transition by using of slack.
