摘　　要：反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)多属中医"吐酸""吞酸""反胃""嘈杂""胃痞""胃痛""梅核气"等范畴。因患者先天禀赋不足,或饮食不节、或情志失调、或外感六淫,以及久病内伤等,引起脾胃功能失调,脾胃虚弱,中气不足,则脾气不升,胃气不降,中焦气机升降失常,胃气上逆而发病。袁教授中医临证20余年,擅长运用经方理论治疗脾胃病,临床疗效显著。Reflux esophagitis （ RE ） belongs to spriting acid, acid regurgitation, gastric disorder causing nausea, noisy in stomach, stiffiness in sotmach, stomachache and globus hysteriocus in TCM. Many syndromes such as natural endowment insufficiency, improper diet, emotions imbalance, external causes or internal injury could induce weakness of spleen and stomach and insufficiency of Zhong Qi. So it causes stomach Qi upwarding because the spleen qi can＇t ascending, the stomach qi can＇t descending and the qi disorder of middle energier. Professor YUAN, who has 20 years of clinical experience, is good at treating stomach and spleen diseases with classic formulae and it is effective in treatment.
