摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎属于炎症性肠病(IBD)的一种,是消化内科常见病,多为直肠和结肠的慢性非特异性炎症性病变,多呈反复发作的慢性病程,本病治疗难度大,现代临床治疗UC的方法多种多样。文章主要对近几年该病的治疗进展作一综述。Ulcerative colitis （ UC ）belongs to inflammatory bowel disease （ IBD ）and it is a common disease in gastrointestinal department of internal medicine, commonly manifesting the rectum and colon chronic nonspecific inflammatory lesions, with repeated episodes of chronic development. The treatment of this disease is difficult. Modern clinical treatment of UC has variety of ways. This paper focuses on the treatment of the disease in recent years.
