摘 要:选用碱性果胶酶和中性纤维素酶用于棉针织物精练前处理,通过单一酶在棉针织物前处理中的作用、两种酶的复配效果及应用性能研究,开发了适用于棉针织物气流前处理的酶精练工艺。结果表明:复合酶处理棉针织物的应用效果优于单一酶,且采用该复合酶精练工艺处理时,果胶去除率、棉针织物的毛效和顶破强力均接近常规煮练工艺时的水平。研究确立的应用复合酶进行棉针织物气流前处理的最佳生产工艺为:碱性果胶酶质量浓度0.25 g/L,中性纤维素酶质量浓度0.1 g/L,温度55℃,pH 6.5~7.5,JFC质量浓度0.2 g/L,浴比1︰10,处理时间50 min,在循环气雾条件下进行。This paper uses alkaline pectinase and neutral cellulases for refining pretreatment of cotton knitted fabric and develops the enzyme refining process suitable for air pretreatment of cotton knitted fabric through the research on function of single enzyme in pretreatment of cotton knitted fabric and application performance of formulation effect of two enzymes. The result shows that the application effect of cotton knitted fabric processed with complex enzyme is better than single enzyme and the removal rate of pectin, capillary effect and bursting strength of cotton knitted fabric when this complex enzyme refining process is used for treatment approach the level when regular scouring process is used. The optimal production process of air pretreatment of cotton knitted fabric with complex enzyme established in this research is : mass concentration of alkaline pectinase 0.25 g/L, neutral cellulases 0.1 g/L, temperature 55 ℃, pH 6.5 - 7.5, JFC mass concentration 0.2 g/L, bath ratio 1 : 10, processing time 50min under cyclic aerial fog condition.
