摘　　要：近年,由于高校持续扩招,大学生就业竞争日趋激烈,大学生就业挫折心理问题也日渐突出。本文从大学生就业挫折心理产生的背景入手,分析就业挫折心理的表现及原因,并构建了大学生就业挫折心理辅导体系。In more recent years, the problem of college student employment is more severe because of college enrolling more college students.The author analysed the causes of employment frustrations on the basis of realistic background and construct an assistant system of employment Frustrations about college student.
