摘　　要：群G称为内FCtor-群,如果群G的所有真子群是FCtor-群(周期的FC-群)但G本身不是FCtor-群。为了研究内FCtor-群的结构,利用这类群和内FC-群的关系以及内FC-群的结构定理。由此得到完备和非完备两种情况下内FCtor-群的结构刻画。A group G is said to be a minimal non-FCtor-group if all its proper subgroups are FCtor -groups （torsion FC- groups）, but G itself is not. In order to investigate the structure of minimal non-FCtor-groups, a structure theorem of minimal non-FC-groups and the relationship of minimal non-FCtor-groups and minimal non-FC-groups are ap- plied. By this way, a structure description of minimal non-FCtor-groups is given in both non-perfect case and perfect case.
