摘  要:伺服压力机作为新一代的成形设备在板料成形领域正日益发挥重要作用。本文介绍了伺服压力机的技术特点,并面向冲裁、弯曲、拉深等典型板料成形工艺综述了伺服压力机在降低生产成本、优化工艺和提高产品质量方面的研究进展。此外,针对伺服压力机可设置保压及滑块运动精确可控的优点,综述了其在高强钢热冲压等复杂热成形过程中的应用。最后,对伺服压力机在板料锻造成形工艺上的应用与发展进行了展望。As a new generation of forming equipment, servo press gradually plays an important role in the field of sheet metal forming. Technical characteristics of servo press were concluded, and the research status of production cost reduction, process optimization and product quality improvement by using servo press were summarized facing to typical sheet metal forming processes, such as blanking, bending and drawing. In addition, based on the advantages like pressure maintaining as well as controllable and precise motion of the slide, the application of servo press in complex hot forming operations, such as hot stamping for high strength steels was summarized. Finally, application and prospects of sheet forging combined with servo control technology were presented.
