某石化企业员工脂肪肝情况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解某石化企业员工脂肪肝患病情况,探讨其脂肪肝的影响因素,为脂肪肝的预防措施提供依据以促进职工健康。方法选择辽宁某国有石化企业员工近2000名进行问卷调查和体检,对调查结果和体检数据进行整理并作统计分析。结果该企业员工脂肪肝总患病率为26.8%,男性患病率为36.8%,女性患病率为13.3%。单因素分析显示,性别、年龄、血型、糖尿病家族史、BMI指数、腰围、高血压、高血糖、高尿酸、吸烟、饮酒、饮水不足、血红蛋白、肝功能和血脂异常等因素对脂肪肝的患病率影响有统计学意义。经Logistic回归分析,BMI指数、腰围、高血压和高甘油三酯4项对脂肪肝患病率的影响有统计学意义。结论该石化企业的脂肪肝患病率相对较高,需要加以控制;超重、肥胖,高血压,高甘油三酯是脂肪肝最重要的独立危险因素。OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence of fatty liver among the employees in a petrochemical enterprise,discuss the influence factors of fatty liver,to provide the basis of prevention for fatty liver in order to promote workers’ health.METHODS Carried out questionnaire survey and medical examination among nearly 2 000 staff of a state-owned petrochemical enterprise of Liaoning,sorted and statistically analyzed the results and physical examination data.RESULTS Total prevalence rate of fatty liver among employees in this enterprise was 26.8%,and for men,prevalence was 36.8%,prevalence for women was 13.3%.Single factor analysis showed that sex,age,blood type,family history of diabetes,BMI,waist circumference,high blood pressure,high blood sugar,high uric acid,smoking,alcohol consumption,water insufficient,hemoglobin,dysfunction of liver and dyslipidemia influenced the prevalence of fatty liver with a statistical significance.The Logistic regression analysis showed BMI,waist circumference,high blood pressure and high triglycerides were influence factors of fatty liver with a statistical significance.CONCLUSION The morbidity rate of fatty liver is relatively high in the petrochemical enterprise,need to be controlled;Overweight and obesity,high blood pressure,high triglyceride are the most important independent risk factors of fatty liver.
