摘 要:目的明确氧化应激在良性前列腺增生和前列腺癌发病中的作用。方法检测氧化应激指标一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)在正常小鼠、小鼠良性前列腺增生和前列腺癌细胞中的表达,统计学分析比较其差异。结果 NO、MDA、GSH水平在3组之间差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.001)。即前列腺癌组的NO、MDA水平高于前列腺增生组,前列腺增生组的NO、MDA水平高于对照组;前列腺癌组的GSH水平低于前列腺增生组,前列腺增生组的GSH水平低于对照组。结论氧化应激与前列腺增生与前列腺癌的发生有关,氧化应激指标在小鼠良性前列腺增生和前列腺癌细胞中的表达存在差异,前列腺癌细胞中的氧化应激反应强于良性前列腺增生。OBJECTIVE To identify the effect of oxidative stress on benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic carcinoma.METHODS Compared the levels of oxidative stress indexes,such as NO,MDA,GSH in normal mice,mice with benign prostatic hyperplasia and mice with prostatic carcinoma.Then statistical analysis was done.RESULTS There were significant deviations in the levels of NO,MDA and GSH among 3 groups(P﹤0.001).The levels of NO and MDA in PC group were higher than those in BPH group.The levels of NO and MDA in BPH group were higher than those in control group.The level of GSH in PC group was lower than those in BPH group.The level of GSH in BPH group was lower than that in control group.CONCLUSION There is a relationship in oxidative stress and benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic carcinoma.Oxidative stress in cells of PC is stronger than that in cells of BPH.
