摘　　要：民航长期高速发展需要更多乘务员,当前乘务供应和需求比例不平衡,航空公司注重服务品牌是其选拔空乘的重要原因。航空公司选拔环节分析及各类题型解读。空乘工作的特点,其应具备的职业能力和基本素养,航空公司选拔所带来的启示。For many years, Chinese civil aviation keeps high-speed in development and needs more crew. The supply of current crow is imbalance in demanding. Airlines focus on service brand is an important reason for selecting flight attendants. We will analyze the selection and all kinds of questions. Characteristics of the flight attendants work. They should have the professional competence and basic literacy. The selection of the airlines gives us inspiration.
