摘　　要：随着我国教育改革与发展的不断深入,为了进一步提高我国国民素质,加大教育的投入力度,而在这一整个教育过程中,转化后进生的工作显得尤为迫切和重要。特别是辅导员应该捧出一颗真诚的爱心,致力研究后进生的心理特点,探讨后进生的矛盾与转化规律,把握后进生的转化艺术,抓住后进生转化的时机,对他们晓之以理、动之以情、导之以行的全面教育,力求把这项艰辛而细致的工作做出成效。Along with the reform and development of education in China deeply, in order to further improve the quality of our citizens, increase investment in education, in the whole process of education, the transformation of underachievers is particularly urgent and important. Especially, the instructor should hold out a sincere love, study psychological charaeteristies of students, discuss the contradiction and transformation of backward students, grasp the art transformation of students, seize the opportunity to change the backward students, strive to make effect for the meticulous work.
