体力劳动人群睡眠质量状况的研究

摘　　要：目的了解体力劳动人群睡眠质量状况。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表对858名体力劳动人群睡眠质量进行测评,以PSQI总分>7作为判断睡眠质量问题的标准。结果 (1)体力劳动人群睡眠障碍发生率为41.38%。(2)体力劳动人群PSQI总分值为(7.36±3.23)分。(3)年龄≤30岁的体力劳动人群睡眠障碍发生率低于年龄>30岁的体力劳动人群,本科及以上学历的体力劳动人群睡眠障碍发生率要远高于大中专及以下学历的体力劳动人群,已婚的体力劳动人群睡眠障碍发生率高于未婚的体力劳动人群,工龄≥15a的体力劳动人群睡眠障碍发生率远高于工龄<15a的体力劳动人群,睡眠质量差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。不同性别、族别、收入的体力劳动人群睡眠质量差异无统计学意义。结论体力劳动人群睡眠障碍的发生率较高,年龄大、工龄长、学历高、已婚的体力劳动人群睡眠质量不好,应关注和重视体力劳动人群的睡眠质量问题,以使体力劳动人群能够更好地工作和生活。Objective To understand the sleep quality of the burgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） to evaluate 858 manual manual labor workers. The crowd. Methods Using the Pitts PSQI total score 〉7 as judging sleep quality standards. Results （1） 41.38% of the manual labor crowd had presence of sleep quality. （2） The manual labor crowds＇ PSQI score value was （7.36±3.23） points. （3） The incidence of sleep disorder of manual labor bachelor degree population aged 430 years were less than the age of 30-year-old manual labor crowd, or above manual labor crowd sleep disorders incidence of manual labor is far higher than the college educated crowd, the married laborers crowd sleep disorders was higher than unmarried crowd of manual labor manual labor, seniority ~15 a crowd sleep disorder incidence is much higher than the length of service 15 of the manual labor of the crowd, were statistically significant differences in sleep quality （P 〈0.01）. Different gender, ethnic, gender, income manual labor crowd sleep quality was no difference. Conclusion There had a high incidence in manual labor crowed. Older age, length slg of nificant service for a long time, high academic, married manual labor crowd sleep quality is poor. We should take more at tention to the manual labor crowd so that can they had good life.
