摘 要:纳米Cu2O是一种新型半导体光催化剂,在使用时存在容易团聚、难以回收利用等问题。通过原位水解法,采用废弃的牡蛎贝壳粉为载体固定生成的纳米Cu2O,成功制备出牡蛎贝壳/纳米Cu2O复合材料。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)和紫外-可见光漫反射等测试手段对材料进行了表征,发现Cu2O颗粒能够紧密地负载在900℃煅烧的牡蛎贝壳粉表面,且颗粒呈球状,平均粒径为37.3nm,禁带宽度为2.01eV,对可见光具有良好的吸收,拓宽了对太阳能的利用范围。研究还表明该复合材料具有良好的杀菌性能。Nano-Cu2 O is a kind of new semiconductor photocatalysts, it is easy to aggregate and difficult to re- cycle. Nano-Cu2O/oyster shell composites were successfully prepared by the method of in-situ hydrolysis with waste oyster shells as carriers. The composites were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS and UV-vis. The results showed that orbicular nano Cu2O particles with an average diameter of 37.3 nm were loaded on the oyster shell which was cal- cined at 900 ℃. The band gap of composites was 2.01 eV and they could perform well adsorption of visible light and broaden the scope of the use of solar energy. It also showed that the composites had a good bactericidal property.
