摘  要:采用可溶性淀粉(ST)、海藻酸钠(SA)与丙烯酸(AA)接枝共聚制备超强吸水剂溶液(SAP),并将其与水性聚氨酯溶液共混制备复合溶液(SP)及胶膜,重点研究了-NCO/-OH值(R值)和水性聚氨酯(WPU)质量分数对复合胶膜表观形貌、力学性能以及吸水性能的影响。结果表明,复合胶膜中生成大量氢键,且两相相容性良好;其成型质量随R值的增大而下降,且随WPU百分含量的增大而下降;吸水测试表明,其最大吸水率可达180.6%。Super absorbent polymers (SAP) were prepared through graft copolymerization using soluble starch (ST), sodium alginate (SA) and acrylic acid (AA), and then were blended with the waterborne polyurethane (WPU). The effect of -NCO/-OH value (R value) and WPU content on the morphology, mechanical properties and water absorption of the composite films was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scan- ning electron microscopy (SEM), water absorption test and tensile tests. The results reveal that the composite films exhibit good miscibility and a large number of hydrogen bond are produced. The quality of composite films decreases along with the increase of the R value, and with the increase of the WPU content. Water absorption test shows that, the maximum water absorption rate can reach 180. 6%.
