摘　　要：高校学生利益诉求是关乎学生在校生活、学习,校园安定和谐的重要因素。但在我国高校学生利益诉求还存在很大问题,学生利益诉求机制不健全、利益诉求渠道的不畅通等因素制约了高校学生利益诉求,只有将高校学生利益诉求制度化、规范化、法制化,才能很好解决高校学生利益诉求机制面临的难题。对高校学生利益诉求的现状与影响因素加以分析,从而发现问题,构建和完善高校学生利益诉求机制。Expression mechanism of interest is an important part in college students＇ school life and learning. It＇ s related with the stability and harmony in the campus. But there is a big problem with Chinese college students＇ Ex- pression mechanism of interest, the student interest expression mechanism is not perfect, and don＇ t have unimped- ed way to express their interests. Only when the college students interests become institutionalization, standardiza- tion, legislation, can resolve the college students＇ interest expression problems. Analysis College Students interest expression present situation and influence factor, can find the problem, to build and improve college student/s ex- pression of interest mechanism.
