79例沃辛瘤的比较性临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨沃辛瘤的可能危险因素,总结其临床特点。方法回顾性分析79例沃辛瘤及82例多形性腺瘤病例,对比两种疾病患者发病年龄、性别、主要临床症状、附加病及对症服药情况、发病部位、术前检验学结果、吸烟史、手术并发症等情况。结果沃辛瘤男性发病率显著高于女性(P<0.05);肿瘤对称性和多发性方面沃辛瘤组与多形性腺瘤组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸烟诱发沃辛瘤的相对危险度为11.8(P<0.01);其余差异不明显。结论沃辛瘤和多形性腺瘤在患者性别、患者吸烟史、肿瘤的对称性和多发性方面存在明显差异,其他临床特点两者相似。Objective To explore possible risk factors of Warthin tumor, and to summarize the clinical features. Methods We conducted a retrospective study of 79 patients with Warthin＇s tumors compared with 82 patients with pleomorphic adenoma. Results Male incidence of Warthin＇s tumors was significantly higher than that of female （P 〈0.05）. Tumor bilaterality and muhifocality was predominantly in Warthin＇s tumors （P 〈 0.05）. Current smokers had an odds ratio of 11.8 （P 〈 0.01） than never smokers for Warthin＇s tumor compared with pleomorphic adenoma. Conclusion Gender of patients, tumor bilaterality and muhifocality and smoking history are significant differences for the 2 type tumor,while other clinical features are similar.
