静态平衡仪测试与儿童感觉统合测试结果分析及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨静态平衡仪测试结果(跌倒指数)与儿童感觉统合能力检核表结果之间的关系。方法 164例感觉统合失调儿童为病例组,138例感觉统合功能正常儿童为对照组,分别使用感觉统合评定量表测试感觉统合功能失调情况;采用静态平衡仪测试跌倒指数。结果病例组与对照组感觉统合测试结果有显著性差异(P<0.01);跌倒指数有显著性差异(P<0.01);感觉统合测试结果与跌倒指数呈负相关(r感统结果=-0.599,P<0.05)。结论跌倒指数与儿童感觉统合测试结果呈负相关。静态平衡仪测试对儿童感觉统合失调的诊断有很大的参考价值。Objective To investigate the correlation between the static balance test results （fall index） and sensory in- tegrative checklist results. Methods A total of 164 eases of senseory integrative dysfunctions and 138 cases of normal sensory integration functions were assessed with sensory integration test scales and the balance function diagnosis and training system for testing children fall index. Results The case group and the control group children sensory integra- tion test results showed a significant difference （P 〈 0.01）;the case group and the control group children of fall index showed a significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ） ;children fall index and sensory integration test results correlation analysis showed negative correlation （r = -0.599,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fall index for children was negative corre- lation with sensory integration test results. Static balanee testing instrument has great value in children sensory inte- gration dysfunction diagnosis.
