摘　　要：目的探讨左半结肠癌并急性梗阻一期切除吻合术的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析48例左半结肠癌并急性梗阻的一期手术病例资料及外科处理方式。结果 48例患者均行急诊一期左半结肠癌切除吻合术后无手术死亡病例,吻合口漏1例,术后切口感染9例,均经积极处理后痊愈。结论治疗左半结肠癌致急性肠梗阻,严格掌握手术适应证,完善术中及围手术期处理,行一期吻合手术安全、有效。Objective To explore the left colon cancer with acute obstruction of a treatment effect of resection and anastomosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 48 cases of left colon cancer with acute obstruction surgery clinical data and surgical treatment. Results Forty-eight patients underwent emergency a left colon cancer resection anasto- mosis, wound infection after nine cases of anastomotic leak cases were healed by the active treatment, no operative deaths. Conclusion Treatment of left colon cancer induced acute intestinal obstruction, strict control of surgical indi- cations, improve intraoperative and perioperative management,line an anastomosis is safe, effective.
