文拉法辛与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的比较文拉法辛与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的60例抑郁症患者随机分为文拉法辛组和帕罗西汀组各30例,治疗8周后,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和蒙哥马利抑郁量表(MADBS)评定疗效,并采用不良反应量表(TESS)评价药物安全性。结果文拉法辛与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效相似,但前者起效更快,不良反应与帕罗西汀组亦无差异(P>0.05)。结论文拉法辛是一种安全、有效、起效快的新一代抗抑郁药。Objective To compare the curative effects and safety of Venlafaxine and Paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods 60 patients with a diagnosis of depression according to CCMD-3 were randomly divided into Venlafaxine group(30 cases) and Paroxetine group(30 cases),treatment 8 weeks.Effects were evaluated with Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD)and Montgomery Asberg Depression Rating Scale(MADBS),safety were evaluated by Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS).Results Findings indicated that emcacy of Venlafaxine was similar to than of Paroxetine,however,Venlafaxine took effect more quickly.There was no significant different TESS between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Venlafaxine is an effective safe and work fast depressant.
