摘  要:在原旋光仪的基础上,提出用法拉第磁光效应测量溶液质量浓度的方法.通过改变电流的大小让光矢量自动旋转到消光位置,将机械转动转角量转变为电学量进行测量,降低了由机械转动所带来的误差对测量精度的影响.通过对Verdet常数进行校准的测量,运用人工神经网络BP算法进行反馈学习,得出更精确的电学量与溶液质量浓度的比例关系,使误差降到最低.实现了对溶液质量浓度的静态测量,有成本低,测量简单,噪声小,寿命长,精度高等优点.Based on the original optical instrument, the method using magneto-optical Faraday effect to measure the concentration of solution could be put forward. By changing the current size, the light vector could automatically rotate to extinction position, the mechanical rotation angle weight also be changed by electric quantity measurement, the mechanical rotation error caused by the influence on measurement accuracy can be reduced. The Verdet constant calibration is measured and artificial neural network BP algorithm is used for feedback learning. More accurate electrical quantity and concentration ratio could be obtained, so that the error reduce to a minimum. The concentration of the solution could be measured statically, cheap and simple. Small noise, long service life and high precision could be expected.
