摘　　要：目的探索建立国家药品标准共享机制。方法通过实践、实地调研及参考国内外相关文献,运用虚拟组织理论,建立药品标准共享机制。结果与结论通过分析建立国家药品标准共享机制的必要性,引入虚拟组织理论,探索共享机制的模式,解决国家药品标准管理现存的问题。Objective To explore the establishment of a share mechanism of national drug standard. Methods Based on practice, investigation and researches on literatures published at home and abroad, along with the virtual organization theory, the share mechanism of national drug standard was built. Results and Conclusion By analyzing the necessity of the share mechanism of national drug standard, the share mechanism mode was explored, which would solve problems regarding the administration of national drug standard.
