摘　　要：赖氨酸特异性组蛋白去甲基化酶1(LSD1)是第一个被发现的组蛋白去甲基化酶,调控基因的转录和p53的活性,在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,与癌症的发生发展高度相关。全文对近年来LSD1在肿瘤中的最新研究进展进行综述。Lysine specific demethylase l（LSD1）,the first discovered histone demethylase,plays an important role in the regulation of gene transcription and suppresses the activity of p53, and is overexpressed in various tumor tissues and highly relates to carcinogenesis. The new progress of LSD1 in neoplasm in recent years was reviewed.
