摘　　要：医学科研与医学伦理道德间存在着互为促进、互为影响的辨证联系,要协调好二者间的关系,推动和发展现代医学科学研究,首先需要保障患者的利益。包括:维护人的生命尊严,尊重人的自主权,尊重人的知情同意,保护人的不受伤害。要在强化医学工作者的伦理道德意识的基础上,给予医学科研宽松的环境,完善医学伦理对医学科研的指导与规范。There is a dialectical relationship between medical research and medical ethics which promote and influence each other. To coordinate the relationship and to promote and develop the modern medical research, first of all it needs to protect the interests of patients, which includes upholding the dignity of human life, respecting the autonomy of people, respecting the informed consent of people, and protecting people from harm. On the basis of strengthening the ethical awareness of medical workers, medical research should be given a loose environment, and be guided and standardized by improving the medical eth- ics.
