氟桂利嗪、普萘洛尔联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗神经性头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氟桂利嗪、普萘洛尔联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗神经性头痛的临床效果。方法将60例神经性头痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组给予氟桂利嗪、普萘洛尔联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,对照组给予谷维素、地西泮治疗。对比2组临床疗效及治疗后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论氟桂利嗪、普萘洛尔联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗神经性头痛临床效果好,安全性高,值得应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of flunarizine,propranolol combined with flupentixol melitracen in nervous headache. Mcthcds 60 cases of nervous headache patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. Observation group was treated by flunarizine, propranolol combined with flupentixol melitracen. Control group was treated by oryzanol and diazepam. After treated, compared the VAS score ,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Re- mits The total effective rate of observation group （96.67%） was higher than that of control group （73.33 % ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, VAS score of two groups were lower, and VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in two group. Conclusion The effect of flunarizine, propranolol combined with flupentixol melitracen in nervous head- ache is effective and safe, it is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
