摘　　要：对2D704g合金Ф210mm规格铸锭熔铸工艺进行研究。根据合金的工艺要求和性能特点，严格控制配料、熔炼及铸造的工艺过程，拟定合理的工艺参数。对实验结果进行详细的分析，并确定关键工艺的生产技术要求及最佳工艺参数。This article studied the casting process of 2D70 alloy ingot which is Ф210mm. According to the prescribed process and the property, controlling the manufacturing techniques of mixing, smelting and casting strictly, then draw up the reason-able process parameter. At last analysis the result elaborately and establish the prescribed process and the best suitable process parameter of the key process.
