摘　　要：近年来随着散打运动的训练水平提高,散打技术越来越成熟。根据武术散打运动特点和规律,在对以前不同时期散打技术特点研究的基础上,运用录像观察法、文献资料法和数理统计法等研究方法,站在散打制胜的角度,对参加第11届全运会散打比赛的优秀运动员在比赛中技术的运用次数、成功次数、成功率进行统计分析,揭示技术运用的规律,简单介绍散打技术的练习注意事项。With the level of training Sanda increasing, Sanda sophisticated technology becomes more abundant. Compared with the previous characteristics and laws of WushuSanda, the paper uses video observation, biography, statistics and other research methods to analyze the number of successes, the success rate statistics that are used in the Eleventh Games Sanda Competition by the top athletes in the race Sanda to understand the athlete＇s technical usage of the law reveals Sanda technology application, technology, practice brief note about Sanda.
