广东潮汕地区安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者下颌位置的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究广东潮汕地区安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者的下颌位置特点。方法:随机抽取广东潮汕籍安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形患者67例,拍摄头颅侧位定位片,测量下颌平面角、SNA角、SNB角、ANB角、上、下前牙唇向倾斜度、上、下切牙长轴交角、下颌体长度与下颌升支长度之比,与广东籍正常人群以及河源地区安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者进行比较分析。结果:与广东正常人群比,潮汕地区安氏Ⅱ类1分类错男、女性患者的SNB角和上、下切牙长轴交角显著性较小,而下颌平面角、ANB角和上、中切牙长轴与SN平面相交的下内角显著性较大;下颌体长度与下颌升支长度之比只在女性患者的显著性较小。与河源地区安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者比,潮汕地区男性患者的SNB角较大,前牙唇向倾斜度较小,上、下切牙长轴交角较大,下颌体长度与下颌升支长度之比较大,而女性患者的SNB角较大,上前牙唇向倾斜度较小,下颌体长度与下颌升支长度之比较大。结论:广东潮汕地区安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形患者的下颌具有向下、后旋转特征,有地区差异性。Objective：To study mandibular position for Chaoshan population of Guangdong with Angle’s class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion.Methods：Sixty-seven Angle’s class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusions in Chaoshan Han population were randomly selected and the lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken.The data was analyzed and compared with normal occlusion of Guangdong population and class Ⅱ malocclusion division 1 in Heyuan region of Guangdong using mandibular plane angle,SNA angle,SNB angle,ANB angle,incisor faciolingual inclination,U1-L1 angle,and the ratio between the length of mandibular body and the length of mandibular ramus.Results：Compared with normal occlusion in Guangdong Province,male and female class Ⅱ malocclusion division 1 patients in Chaoshan group had significant smaller U1-L1 angle and SNA angle,both groups had higher mandibular plane angle,ANB angle,and larger incisor faciolingual inclination.Chaoshan female group had a significant smaller ratio between the length of mandibular body and ramus.Compared with Angle’s class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion in Heyuan region,Chaoshan male group had a significant larger SNB angle,a smaller incisor faciolingual inclination,a larger U1-L1,a larger ratio between the length of mandibular body and the length of mandibular ramus,Chaoshan female group had a larger SNB angle,a smaller upper incisor faciolingual inclination,a larger ratio between the length of mandibular body and ramus.Conclusion：The mandibular of patients with Angle’s classⅡmalocclusion in Chaoshan Han population trend to position backward and rotated inferior-posteriorily,which are different from other regions in Guangdong.
